More and more cosmetic manufacturing is being done in China, according to executives at Topline Products Company, Wayne, NJ. Topline maintains international offices in New York, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Taipei. The company recently introduced the Sea Glass Colors compact with shimmering colors for eyelids such as azure blue, seafoam green, soft lit coral and more. The pressed powder eye shadows are packaged in a completely clear lucite compact with double-sided sponge/brush applicator. It can be decorated with the buyer’s copy and artwork.
